After a routine roof inspection, it was found that this Elk Grove roof was installed incorrectly, with ALL of the roof tiles applied with only a 2 inch headlap. The minimum lap for all tile roofing is 3 inches.
This Elk Grove tile roof was leaking because of incorrect roof valley and roof skylight flashing installations.
